Modern Machine Sewing for Beginners

Cost: $60 ($50 members)+ $15 supply fee
Bring your sewing machine and a t-shirt to class one, where you’ll learn machine-sewing basics and stitch up an upcycled t-shirt tote and fabric headband. Each student will gain the skills needed to complete two intermediate level projects in the remaining classes: the zippered pouch and pleated patchwork pillow. If you have a sewing machine but need that extra push to learn how to use it, this is the perfect class for you! Supply fee includes fabric, elastic, zipper, and thread though students may bring their own fabric if preferred. Minimum students 4, maximum 12.
