Travel Pillow and Shawl for Quilts and More Magazine

Hello again! As I mentioned, I’m catching up this week on blogging about some patterns I wrote for publication. This winter, I had the chance to sew a fun and quick project for the Spring 2014 issue of Quilts and More magazine.

My project is a neck pillow and travel shawl sewn with Cuddle from Shannon Fabrics. Yellow and grey are my favorite colors together, so it was fun to have these fabrics to work with.

This suitcase just makes me want to take off somewhere tropical! For the neck pillow, I used Barcelona and the Shawl is Ibiza (with grey vine on the back).
