An apron and a pillowcase

 For a recent craft swap, I made an apron for my partner (modeled by her husband). I also made an embroidered pillowcase for her son Jacob and sent her a copy of Teach Yourself Visually Handspinning (Wiley). These are the photos she posted–and I’ll post again when I receive my package from her!

I stumbled across this vintage bingo game for a quarter at a yard sale, and had to get it. Also, scored the Mr. T card game for the same price. Craftster sponsored a board game challenge this month, so I started working on the lamp, with great aspiriations in mind. It’s a work in progress…..
A birthday laptop cozy for fellow crafter and dear friend, Christie! The quilt squares were left over from a birds-inspired quilt I made last year, of which she was a fan. Shh… it’s a surprise until tomorrow!
